System Capabilities
01
Real-Time Device Aggregation
Pulls live data from every connected device — patient monitors, infusion pumps, ventilators, anaesthesia workstations — into a single pane of glass.
02
Multi-Vendor via SDC / ISO 11073
Connects to devices from any manufacturer that implements SDC (ISO 11073-20701). No proprietary drivers, no per-brand SDK. One standard, all devices.
03
Centralised Alarm Management
Aggregates, deduplicates, and prioritises alarms from all devices. Configurable escalation paths: on-screen, push notification, pager, or nurse-call system.
04
HL7 FHIR R4 API
Exposes all device readings and alarm events as FHIR Observation and DeviceMetric resources — ready to push into any certified EHR or SIM RS.
05
Trend Analysis & Historical Data
Stores the full vital-sign time series per device and patient. Clinicians can review trends, compare sessions, and export for audit or research.
06
Remote Clinical Access
Web-based viewer lets specialists review ward status from off-site — mobile and desktop. Role-based access controls who can see what.
07
Vendor Device Health Dashboard
A dedicated maintenance view shows uptime, error counters, last-service date, and calibration status per device. Vendors can confirm fleet health remotely.
08
Legacy Protocol Bridging
Built-in bridges for HL7 v2.x, RS-232, MQTT, and DICOM allow older devices without SDC support to report into the same platform.
09
Audit Trail & Compliance
Immutable log of every reading, alarm, acknowledgement, and user action — timestamped and exportable for regulatory inspection or incident review.
Protocol Stack

The platform speaks the standards that medical devices speak. SDC / ISO 11073-20701 is the key to multi-vendor connectivity — it defines a common service-oriented architecture for point-of-care devices, allowing units from Philips, GE, Dräger, or Avenxor to connect without custom integration work.
